5 out of 5 starsThe expansion tank on our water heater had begun leaking so I called a couple of plumbers who couldn't come for at least a month. When I call Aaron's, he picked up the phone and said he'd come the next day. What a surprise! Rama was our point man and he had brought a new tank with him. We tested the pressure on the system at the faucet outside and realized our pressure was up too 100%, whereas the norm is 50 or 60. So we checked the pressure valve inside and it was obviously not working properly, so we replaced that. Aaron brought the parts right away. Then Rama noticed the blowout valve on the water tank was set up wrong and suggested re-routed it outside. Everything was done perfectly and Rama cleaned up as well. We definitely would call Aaron's Custom Plumbing again. See more See less

5 out of 5 starsI highly recommend Aaron's Custom Plumbing. I was somewhat nervous about replacing a large carbon filter in our whole house water filtration system. Aaron put me at ease, did a great job and made it look easy. We subsequently had Aaron out to flush the boiler system for the radiant floor heating, and to change the two smaller filters in the whole house water filtration system. Again, a very positive experience. Anything to do with water, leaks, etc., can be a major ordeal so it's important (to me) to work with someone I can communicate with and who knows what they're doing - for us, that's Aaron. I am a fairly new homeowner and do not have a lot of experience working with contractors. However, a couple years back, I hired a contractor to help me put a water spigot in for my horses, and it turned into a nightmare. Hence, I was cautious entering this project. I really appreciate that he listened to me, and he immediately provided names and telephone numbers of several of his previous clients at my request.(BTW, they all gave glowing reports!) He also installed a water filtration system for our drinking water. He was careful, completely professional and thorough. He came when he said he would, and was utterly respectful of our space, parameters and privacy. Though his pricing seemed high at the time, we have blessed him many times since, as the quality of his work was unparalleled, and no other plumber had been able to touch it. They communicated clearly the name of the technician who would be arriving and confirmed the day before via text. Gave me an estimate via email and after his hard work and determination, the project ended up with a very positive ending coming in under the estimate with a very reasonable cost considering how far he had to travel and the potential for problems. He took a really convoluted and outdated boiler system I had and made it elegant. It was very complicated because it has to work with solar as well. Always super responsive if there's any issue.
